Scott Bergman is a 35-year executive who has led and managed a number of high-growth, start-up organizations in addition to high-performance teams at multi-unit, multimillion-dollar corporations. He has worked in industries as diverse as restaurant construction and operations, food manufacturing, executive recruitment, and organizational consulting. As a leader in the construction business, Scott served as a general contractor, refurbish/remodel residential builder, painting contractor, and more. Scott’s strongest skill set is undeniably in customer service and satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for excellent follow-through and for meeting or exceeding client expectations at all touch points in the customer lifecycle.
John is a 30-veteran of the painting industry. He began his career painting houses with family members and worked his way up to a journeyman painter capable of handling all types of specialty and creative paint jobs. He also worked as a paint supervisor and quality field controller before becoming a foreman at Professional Paint & Coatings, Long Painting Company, and Malibu Painting, where he also served as an estimator. Most recently, John has expanded his skill set to include purchasing, project management, and Director of Operations for Turman Commercial Painters and National Coatings. John has well-rounded skills in all aspects of the painting industry and is a valuable member of the Brush Strokes Painting leadership team.
Brush Strokes Painting welcomes another superstar in the commercial and residential painting industry — Phil Epifano who joins Brush Strokes as our Superintendent Estimator after successfully growing his career with Wintergreen Construction. Phil began his career as a Painting Foreman and rose over the years through the ranks to be the company’s Vice President in both Tampa, FL and Evergreen, CO. After managing the two divisions and operating in two locations, Phil decided to focus on the Colorado division, which he managed as President and Owner in Evergreen until its sale in 2014. We at Brush Strokes welcome Phil’s tremendous knowledge base and expertise in the painting industry. Phil manages our crews, field relationships with project superintendents, and paint representatives. His eye for quality and productivity are top-notch, and we expect our business to continue to grow and profit from him joining our leadership team.
